Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

  • In-stock orders: processed within 1–3 business days

  • Pre-orders: processed within 10-21 business days

Processing times may vary during peak periods or promotional campaigns. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are dependent on the courier and are outside of our control.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are shipped via Evri.

  • UK Insured & Signed (2–4 business days)

  • UK Express Insured & Signed (Next business day)

  • UK Express Shipping (Uninsured)

Available for orders over £200 for customers who prefer a faster lower cost shipping option.
This service is fully tracked but not insured. By selecting this option, the customer accepts responsibility for any loss, damage, or delivery issues once the parcel has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We ship internationally using DHL Express for secure and reliable delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 2–4 business days

  • United States: 2–3 business days

All international orders are:

  • Fully tracked

  • Fully insured

  • Shipped with signature required on delivery

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their destination country. Duties & taxes are not included and may be charged upon delivery.

Shipping Insurance

All orders are shipped fully insured as standard.

Insurance coverage applies from the moment your order leaves our facility until delivery is confirmed by the courier.

We do not offer shipping without insurance.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.

Ria’s Beauty Studio is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but reported as missing

  • Delivery delays caused by the courier

  • Packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses

For high value orders, signature confirmation is required to ensure secure delivery.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

In the rare event that a parcel is lost or damaged in transit:

  • Claims must be reported directly to the courier.

If the claim is confirmed by the courier that the package is lost or missing, a replacement or reimbursement will be issued at our discretion.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses

  • Delays caused by address errors

Order Changes & Cancellations

All sales are final.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
