I work with high-quality extensions directly from the source, with minimal processing and strict quality checks. The focus is on hair that looks natural, blends well and lasts with the right care – not “fast fashion” bundles that only look good for a few weeks.

My main collection is raw hair and high-quality virgin hair steam-processed from raw materials (this is always stated on the product page). Raw hair is cut directly from donors with aligned cuticles and minimal processing. Steam-processed textures are created using heat/steam only – no harsh chemical patterning.

Yes, but I always recommend this is done by a professional who understands working with high-quality extensions. Always strand test first, use professional colour and aftercare products to protect the hair.

With the right install, maintenance and products, my extensions can last 12 months+ with repeat use. Longevity depends on how often you wear them, how you style them and how well you care for them during/between installs.

• 12–16” → 2–3 bundles
• 18–22” → 3 bundles
• 24”+ → 3–4 bundles (depending on how full you like your hair)

If your natural hair is very thick or you prefer maximum fullness, go up by one bundle.

All orders are shipped from the UK.

Yes, I ship internationally to selected countries. Shipping options and prices will be shown at checkout once you enter your address.

Processing time is usually between 10-21 working days. After dispatch:

• UK orders: approx [1-3 working days]
• International orders: approx [1-3 working days], depending on your local courier and customs.

You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

International orders may incur customs or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.

Due to the nature of hair extensions and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final once the product has been opened, worn, coloured, washed or altered in any way.

If you change your mind before opening the hair and all tags/packaging are intact, email me within [7 days] of delivery and I’ll confirm if an exchange is possible.

If you believe there is a genuine quality issue, email me at Riasbeautyuk@gmail.com within [14 days] of receiving your order with clear photos and a detailed description.

The hair must be in its original state - not installed, cut, coloured or altered. I’ll assess your case based on the information provided and respond with next steps.

Refunds are only considered in rare cases where there is a confirmed fault with the product before it has been worn, installed or altered. I do not offer refunds for issues caused by incorrect installation, colouring, bleaching or poor aftercare.

If your order is delayed, please check your tracking link first, as updates are provided by the courier. If your parcel appears to be lost and you've added on shipping insurance, contact me with your order number so I can investigate with the courier.

Once an item is marked as delivered to the address provided, I’m unable to refund or replace it.

We offer sew-ins / tape-ins at Ria’s Beauty Studio in London.

No - you can purchase extensions to take to your own stylist. I do recommend working with someone experienced in handling raw or high-quality hair to get the best results.
