Hi, I'm Ria
I'm the founder of Ria's Beauty Studio and Ria's Beauty Academy. As a qualified hairstylist and educator specialising in healthy hair, I created Beyond The Style to help stylists strengthen their technical knowledge, confidence and professional understanding of haircare and client experience.
My approach is centred around healthy hair, informed decision-making and protecting the intergity of every clients' natural hair. I believe great results come from understanding the hair first - not simply styling it.
Through Ria's Beauty Academy, my goal is to help stylists build the knowledge to assess, treat and care for natural hair, also grow in confidence, refine their skills, and stand out within the industry.
